We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Your purchase will be processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. For shipping within Australia, please allow 1-3 business days via Express Shipping and 3-7 days via Standard shipping. All shipping is processed with AusPost.
For all international orders & shipping, Express has a transit time of 3-6 business days to deliver across the world. For standard international shipping, please allow up to 10-28 business days for your parcel to arrive.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact our customer support team.
Returns
At Anāqa, we do not accept returns unless the item you received is faulty or damaged. We take great care to inspect our products before they are shipped to ensure that they are in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service (anaqamoda@gmail.com) within 14 days of receiving your order. We will review your case and provide you with instructions on returning the item.
We offer size exchanges if the size you have purchased was not appropriate for you. In the case the size you wish to exchange for is no longer in stock, you may be applicable to a store credit or an exchange for a different item of the same value. Please note: this is not valid for Sale or Clearance items, and only applies to all full-priced items.
