Shipping policy

At Anāqa, we strive to provide a seamless and convenient shipping experience for our customers. Please review our shipping policy to understand the details and processes involved when it comes to delivering your orders.

1. Shipping Locations:
We currently offer shipping services worldwide.

2. Shipping Costs:

a. Australian Orders - $10 Standard Postage, $15 Express Postage

b. Any International Orders - $30 Standard Postage 

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions for specific orders or order values.

3. Processing Time:
a. Once your order is successfully placed, we will process it within 24-48 hours, excluding public holidays and weekends. During peak seasons or sales, processing time may be slightly longer.
b. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Methods:
a. We utilize Australia Post as our shipping carrier to ensure your order arrives safely and timely.
b. The shipping method and estimated delivery time will vary based on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
c. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an order confirmation via email with a tracking number so that you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

5. Pre-order Shipping

*Please note: Orders containing a pre-order item will be shipped in full once the pre-order becomes available. For immediate dispatch of in-stock items, place a separate order.


6. Customs and Duties:

For all US international orders, please note that you will be subject to a duties, taxes & compliance handling fee so your order is delivered duty paid (DDP). This will be automatically added at checkout. This is to make it easier for the customer and have no surprise customs bills on delivery.

Shipping will be calculated separately at checkout.

For all other international deliveries, please note that you may incur customs fees upon delivery of your package dependant on your destination country. As the customer, you are responsible for all import duties, customs, and taxes imposed by the country you reside in. Payment of these fees is essential to release and receive your order from customs.

Please note that the total amount presented at checkout does not include any additional duties & custom fees. Any additional fees will be communicated to you by your carrier upon arriving into the country you reside in. 

Anāqa does not cover any customs and import taxes, and we cannot identify the exact amount you will be charged, as customs and import tax vary widely depending on the country you are situated in.


7. Delivery Issues:
a. While we strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or shipping carrier delays may occasionally result in extended delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
b. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time frame or if you encounter any other shipping-related issues, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you in resolving the matter as quickly as possible.

Please ensure that all shipping information provided during checkout is accurate to avoid any delivery complications. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the correct address at checkout when purchasing an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we cannot offer reimbursement for this package. 

8. Damages

Anāqa is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages in transit. In the unlikely event, please contact the shipment carrier team to file a complaint.
