Returns

At Anāqa, we do not accept returns unless the item you received is faulty or damaged. We take great care to inspect our products before they are shipped to ensure that they are in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service (returns@anaqamoda.com) within 14 days of receiving your order. We will review your case and provide you with instructions on returning the item.

We offer size exchanges if the size you have purchased was not appropriate for you. In the case the size you wish to exchange for is no longer in stock, you may be applicable to a store credit or an exchange for a different item of the same value. Please note: this is not valid for Sale or Clearance items, and only applies to all full-priced items.
